Your phone and WIFI/3G both have passwords witch people do not know so they can not hack into any of them and get on to any of your things.

SMS and MMS is safe because it is in encrypted witch means that the information is all unknown codes so the hacker will not know what she or he is reading.

to help a delivery driver you could give them a smart phone like a iPhone because it has a tracker on it
so if they don't go to there destination then you know where they are and if they go off track you could
track them to see where they are all times. then you know that the business is safe and they can use a
satnav to make the quickest route and get to the destination quicker.
